The beverage scope
Good drinks.
Good people.
A workable plan.
The drink has to belong to the experience. The team has to make guests feel welcome. And the plan has to work behind the bar, not only in a presentation.
- Creative direction. Beverage concepts, signature serves, and zero-proof choices developed around the audience and the brief.
- Guest-facing teams. Talented bartenders and beverage leads, selected for their craft, warmth, and ability to represent the experience.
- Production. Batching, sourcing coordination, logistics, staff briefing, and onsite beverage delivery, with responsibilities agreed in writing.
We own beverage production, not the entire event. Your producer keeps the wider picture. We work with them on access, service timing, and the handoffs that affect the bar.

Different rooms, different decisions
Start with your event.
Planning a private celebration, dinner, or a different format? Call or text me. The starting point is your brief, not an event category.
How the team comes together
NYC-based.
Built for the destination.
I direct creative development and production oversight. A core team, curated talent, and local partners come together around the needs of each commission. My onsite assignment is agreed as part of the scope.
International work starts with the venue and local partners. We confirm product availability, preparation space, transport, and who holds responsibility for lawful alcohol service. We do not assume a New York plan will work unchanged somewhere else.
Share the date, destination, event format, guest estimate, and what your existing team already covers. We turn that into a beverage scope, with named responsibilities and the decisions that need your approval.
Useful before the first conversation
Bring the brief.
Use the tools.
The guide to choosing a beverage production team helps you compare creative responsibility, staffing models, and delivery scope.
Use the Cocktail BEO Builder to organize the beverage brief, quantities, and crew sheets. The Cocktail Event Operating Kit adds staffing, batching, and run-of-show guides. They are planning aids, not a substitute for venue approval or a scoped production plan.
Before we talk
A few practical answers.
Do you produce the whole event?
No. We own the agreed beverage scope. Your agency, planner, or event producer retains the wider event. We coordinate beverage decisions with them, the venue, and the relevant local partners.
Will Jason be onsite?
I direct creative development and production oversight. My onsite assignment is agreed in the scope, not assumed. We also agree who leads the beverage team onsite and who can approve changes.
Can you work internationally?
Yes. I am based in New York City and available for international commissions. Delivery depends on suitable local partners, venue approval, and the legal requirements in the destination. We confirm those responsibilities before committing.
Can you work with an existing bar team?
Yes. Creative development, production planning, staff briefing, and onsite support can be scoped around your venue or catering team. Tell me what is already covered so we can agree the missing pieces.
