TL;DR

What a Jason Littrell workshop actually is.

A 2 to 4 hour session, on-site in NYC or remote, custom-scoped for one team. Topics span AI automation for restaurants and bars, revenue systems, cocktail program design, staff training, and NYC compliance workflows. Every workshop ends with a written action list your team can execute the following week, not a stack of takeaway PDFs nobody opens.

Who it is for

Teams that need the answer, not another framework.

  • Restaurant and bar owners who want their team trained on AI-assisted operations and revenue systems in one focused session.
  • Hospitality groups with 3 to 15 locations that need to align operations across venues.
  • Spirits brand ambassador teams that need account-level training on how to actually get a serve on the menu.
  • Hotel F and B directors planning a bar or restaurant relaunch and want the on-site team ready.
  • USBG chapters, trade associations, and industry events looking for a working session, not a keynote.
  • Catering and event companies scaling their beverage and service systems.
What we can cover

Every workshop is custom. Common topics include:

  • AI operating systems for hospitality. Where automation actually pays off, what to build first, and how to avoid buying a stack of tools nobody uses.
  • Review, reputation, and retention automation. The specific workflows that move a room's Google score and lifetime customer value.
  • Cocktail program design. Draft-native, batched service, and the economics of a modern bar program.
  • Revenue systems and unit economics. The math independents actually need to run, presented in language your GM understands.
  • NYC compliance workflows. DOH pre-audit, SLA reality, and how to keep inspectors on your side.
  • Spirits brand activation. How brand ambassadors get on menus, why most attempts fail, and the account-level tactics that actually work.
  • Staff training and SOPs. Building a bar or floor team that runs the room without the owner in it.
Format

Two lengths, two locations.

  • Remote, 2 hours. Zoom or Google Meet. Works well for small teams, single-location operators, and remote spirits ambassadors. Includes pre-work call and post-session action list.
  • On-site, 4 hours. Your venue in NYC. Includes a room walk-through, service touchpoint audit, and the full working session with the team. Travel outside NYC is available and quoted separately.

Every workshop ends with a written next-action list, delivered the same day.
